An updated list of standards for the technical regulations for communications in Belarus has been published on February 23, 2024.
On January 29, 2024, the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) No. 5 of January 26, 2024 was officially published. It approves the changes to Technical Regulation of the Customs Union (TR CU 008/2011) “On the safety of toys”.
New Decision No.137 of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council was published on November 29, 2023. It amended the text of TR CU 010/2011 “On safety of machinery and equipment”.
Since Uzbekistan is not a member of the Eurasian Customs Union, TR CU (EAC) Certification is not valid in Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan has his own National Certification of Conformity. There are several certification schemes.
On July 10, 2023, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1133 adopted changes to Appendix 18 of Decree 353, concerning the procedure for issuing declarations of conformity according to a simplified scheme.
The decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) No. 28 which amended the list of equipment subject to mandatory certification of TR CU 020/2011 "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means", will come into force on April 16, 2023.
On April 16, 2023, new categories will be introduced into the product list of TR CU 004/2011 Low-voltage equipment.
In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation dated December 26, 2022 No. 5485, all Metrology Pattern Approvals (MPA) which expire before December 31, 2023 extended by 12 months.
