Local representative service

Our company offers representative service in the territory of the Customs Union and Russia. Being your applicant  through Applicant service contract includes assistance in obtaining certificates.

Why will this be relevant for you?

The legislation regulates the procedure for processing and the conditions for obtaining documents for imported goods. One of inevitable conditions for obtaining EAC documents is having the applicant-resident of the Customs Union (Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Armenia or Kyrgyzstan) or Russia.

Please note that if your representative office in Russia is not a legal resident of the country, it cannot be the Applicant for Certification.

The list of documents which require the Applicant that is a legal entity registered in the territory of the Customs Union:

• EAC Certificate / EAC Declaration of compliance with Technical Regulation of the Customs Union (TR CU)
• State Registration certificate (Hygienic certificate)

The following documents require an Applicant that is registered in Russia:

• GOST R Declaration
• TELECOM declaration

A foreign manufacturer can be an Applicant for the following types of certificates:

• GOST R Certificate
• Fire Safety Certificate

The main advantages of this approach are:

• the manufacturer does not depend on a specific customer;
• EAC Certificate / Declaration belongs to the manufacturer enabling him to sell his products to all his customers.

There are special requirements for EAC certified products regarding EAC marking.
