EAC Declaration schemes
In accordance with Resolution No.621 of the Customs Union Commission “On procedure for the application of standard evaluation schemes (confirmation) of compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union” there are six typical schemes of Declaration TR CU (EAC).
Details on applying the specific scheme can be seen in each Technical regulation.
Typical scheme of Declaration of conformity are as follows:
Scheme 1d – applicable for declaration of serial production. Test of product samples is not obligatory or can be performed by a voluntary laboratory.
Scheme 2d – applicable for declaration of a batch. Test of product samples is not obligatory.
Scheme 3d – applicable for declaration of serial production. Test of product samples is required and should be provided by accredited laboratory in accordance with the specific requirements.
Scheme 4d – applicable for declaration of a batch. Test of product samples is required and should be provided by accredited laboratory in accordance with the specific requirements.
Scheme 5d – applicable for the product that is not an independent unit, but is the basis of the unit. In such case this product is declared as a type. Test of product samples by an accredited laboratory is required.
Scheme 6d – the only scheme of declaring TR CU, which requires the site audit. Scheme 6d is designed for mass-produced goods, which are independent products which have a lot of modifications.
