Technical documents for EAC certification
In order to apply for certificate with Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU), different specific documents should be provided.
Technical passport is a document containing manufacturer’s warranties, technical specification and characteristics, as well as information regarding certification and disposal method. It should be elaborated according to the GOST standards.
Safety justification contains analysis of possible risks as well as technical information on measures of ensuring safety of the equipment subject to certification. It is a mandatory document required for Declaration/Certificate of conformity with TR CU 010/2011 “On safety of machinery and equipment” and TR CU 032/2013 “On safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure”.
User’s manual is intended to provide assistance to people using a particular product. In case the product is subject to certification with TR CU, user’s manual should be elaborated according to GOST standards.
Ignition risk assessment contains the analysis of hazard that may arise during the use of the product. This document is mandatory in order to obtain Certificate with TR CU 012/2011 “On safety of the equipment operating in hazardous environments” for non-electrical equipment.
Strength calculation is a result of tests confirming the strength of the product. It is obligatory to obtain TR CU 032/2013 “On safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure”.
