Prospects for cooperation of the EAEU and EU were discussed at the Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum
The formats and prospects for cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the European Union (EU) in the financial sphere were discussed by the participants of the 5th Moscow International Financial and Economic Forum.
European politicians and business representatives confirmed their intention to deepen cooperation with the EAEU countries. The particular interest was the harmonization of standards in the field of technical and customs regulation, the interaction of small and medium-sized businesses, the development of financial instruments of cooperation.
The forum was attended by business leaders of the EAEU countries and representatives of the parliaments of Germany and France, as well as representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
Within the framework of the forum, a meeting of the International Banking Council (IBC) was held, at which the problems of regulating financial technologies, as well as the risks associated with their implementation and problems of cyber security were discussed.
