EAC TR CU 010, TR CU 020, TR CU 012 for Axial Fans
Axial fans exported to EAEU countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan), are subject to mandatory EAC TR CU compliance. Here is a scheme of EAC Certification for Axial fans.
Axial ventilators are subjects of TR CU 010/2011 "On safety of machines and equipment" and TR CU 020/2011 “Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means”, so the Declaration of conformity is required. Please be advised that TR CU 010/2011 always requires Safety Justification. Safety Justification is a document containing analysis of possible risks as well as technical information on measures of ensuring safety of the equipment.
If the axial fan is ex proof, Certificate of conformity with TR CU 012/2011 “On safety of the equipment operating in hazardous environment”. Please be advised that in this case axial fans do not require documents of conformity with TR CU 004/2011 «On safety of low-voltage equipment».
TR CU 012/2011 requires also elaboration of operation manual and technical passport according to the rules of Customs Union. To identify the cost of a Certificate EAC TR CU 012/2011, ATEX or iECEx certificates of the product and its Ex-proof components may be required. To obtain Certificate of conformity you need to pass site audit.
During the site audit, expert checks the documents to be compliant with the technical regulation (drawings, specifications, documents on incoming control, in-process control and outgoing control, measuring instruments verification schedule, maintenance schedule) and enterprise documents (quality manual, structural diagram of the enterprise, employee certificates, skill training schedule, etc).
After the documents are checked, the expert audits production site itself. Based on results of factory inspection, the expert draws up a production site analysis report which further will be indicated in TR CU 012 Certificate.
In order to process your request for certification of axial fan, ex-proof marking or ATEX/IECEx certificate is needed.
